This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 08:45am - 17:30pm Monday to Friday along with 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00am - 16:00pm with a day off in lieu in return. The basic salary is £25,000, with a genuine and realistic OTE of £30,000 (uncapped) depending on performance.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
- Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
- Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness.
- Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
