We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Weekend Property Presenter. This is a part time, permanent role based in Warfield.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for showing prospective purchasers and tenants around properties, some of which may be empty; others may have the Tenant/Landlord occupying the property.
  • You will relay viewing feedback to the office including offers that purchasers or tenants make.

Qualifications

  • It is essential that you must have a smart and professional appearance and be articulate and confident dealing with Landlords and Tenants.
  • It is essential that you have a good command of the English language in both verbal and written format.
  • You must be a confident driver and car owner (ideally with a satnav!).
