Lomond Group is seeking a Learning & Development Director to own the Group's learning strategy end to end.

You will partner with the Chief People Officer and Group People Director, based in London with travel across the branch network and two days a week at St Mary's Axe Head Office.

Salary is competitive and set at Director level, subject to benchmarking.
