We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Property Relationship Manager to join our thriving Southampton team. This role is a full-time position, paying an OTE up to £29,500.
What You'll Be Doing
As the main point of contact for your portfolio, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service while ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a real difference to landlords and tenants every day, we'd love to hear from you.
- Building strong, long lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Managing maintenance issues from start to finish and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently.
- Conducting and arranging property inspections.
- Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
- Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Serving relevant tenancy notices and coordinating rental reviews.
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation.
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
