Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk in our Southampton office. This role offers an OTE range of £25,500 - £27,500 pa.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
- Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
- Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
- Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements.
- Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence.
- Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
- Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field beneficial.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
