Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Solihull. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work and a salary of £26,500 per annum.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Being the eyes of the business, attending properties to complete inventory, mid-term and check out inspections, creating comprehensive reports on findings.
- Highlighting areas of attention required to maintain the property to the best standard, and being aware of any potential H&S / compliance risks, ensuring this is fed back to Property Management for immediate action.
- Delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with tenants whilst on site to understand any issues they are experiencing with the property, ensuring this is fully documented.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Fantastic attention to detail.

- Methodical, organised and detail orientated.
- Comfortable with lone working.
- Experience in property management/surveying/housing (desired but not essential).
