Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Dealing with rent arrears of tenants on behalf of landlords and recovering debt and NDS arrears.
  • Aiming to negotiate and reach appropriate payment plans in accordance with the Landlords instructions to maximise income to the Company.
  • Monitoring agreed payment plans for compliance; you will liaise with Landlords and branches on next steps.
  • Ensuring that all enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and Branch staff are dealt with effectively and in a manner consistent with the Company’s first class service delivery.

We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • A strong background in credit control, preferably within the Property industry, although this is not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
