Role
- Leading by example by delivering excellent customer service.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to Property Relationship Managers, leading team meetings, and overseeing ad‑hoc property management projects in collaboration with the Team Leader.
- Conduct spot checks and quality control reviews of team outputs.
- Supporting the Team Leader with day‑to‑day team management, plus providing cover for annual leave.
- Manage contractor relationships, ensuring good working relationships and quality of workmanship, addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential for this role.
- Solid industry and legislative knowledge.
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Resilience when working in a fast‑paced & demanding environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks & responsibilities.
- Ability to support, mentor and coach a team.
