We are offering a realistic OTE of £36,000-£41,000, depending on experience.
The role:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team through regular coaching, training, and development.
- Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team growth while championing motivation and recognition.
- Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals.

- A proven leader with a passion for people and property.
- Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
- Ideally ARLA qualified or adjacent.
- Experienced in residential property management required.
- Team Leadership and Team Development.
