We are offering a realistic OTE of £36,000-£41,000, depending on experience.

The role:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team through regular coaching, training, and development.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring compliance, quality control, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team growth while championing motivation and recognition.
  • Report key performance metrics and contribute to strategic goals.

What we are looking for:

  • A proven leader with a passion for people and property.
  • Organised, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
  • Ideally ARLA qualified or adjacent.
  • Experienced in residential property management required.
  • Team Leadership and Team Development.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the team energised.
