Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Negotiator role based in Solihull. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for liaising with clients to help them make informed decisions when buying, selling, renting, or letting properties. Daily duties include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales and letting agreements, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market. You will also handle inquiries promptly, manage client relationships, and provide support throughout the entire transaction process.
