With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property.

This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Sale City Centre. This role offers an OTE of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Role Overview

This role involves:

  • Registration and management of letting applicants
  • Handling leads provided through various property portals and inbound calls
  • Providing constructive and informative feedback to landlords
  • Generating and negotiating offers to get lets agreed
  • Completing necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and the Property Management Department to process letting completions
Qualifications
  • Experience in estate agency & administration is useful but not essential
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work Saturdays
  • Motivated and wants to join a growing business
