This is a full-time, permanent position located in Solihull. This role offers a basic salary of £32,000 - £37,000, with a realistic OTE of £43,000 - £46,000, depending on experience.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Managing your assigned region and PUM, leading a team of Property Relationship Managers
  • Driving performance through KPIs, budgets and service delivery
  • Overseeing inspections, inventories and tenancy lifecycle activity, ensuring quality control
  • Managing arrears, deposit returns and TDS claims
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams to deliver reactive maintenance to a high standard
  • Monitoring compliance, complaints, contractor performance, voids and refurbishment opportunities

We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Experience managing a team/region within property management or lettings
  • Strong understanding of property management processes, compliance and inspections
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs, budgets and upselling services
  • Confident handling arrears, complaints and deposit disputes
  • Strong relationship management across landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Organised, proactive and detail-focused, with experience using systems such as Reapit or Fixflo
