With our team's extensive industry expertise and local knowledge, we're here to help people find, sell, and let their property.
This is a full-time, fixed term position for 3 months located in our Edinburgh branch. You'll enjoy a standard work week of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. The salary is £23,000-£23,500 pa.
Serve as the first point of contact at front‑of‑house reception, handling a wide range of enquiries from walk‑in customers, landlords, tenants, and contractors. Oversee the general key management using internal systems, booking property keys in and out, coordinating with landlords, tenants, property managers and contractors. Conduct general administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, responding to emails, managing parking permits, dealing with factors, re‑tagging keys and key fobs. This includes office organization and stationery ordering.
