This is a full-time, permanent position, with a realistic OTE of up to £40,000 (subject to experience).
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Responsible for daily management of a team.
- Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals.
- Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections.
- Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
We're looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Experience in the Student Lettings Market is preferable.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Must be ARLA / CeLap qualified.
- Previous experience in Property Management essential.
- Articulate thinker & great communicator.
- Comfortable working in a busy office.
- Experience in property management/surveying/housing.
