At KFH we are looking for a property inspector to join our lettings property management team in Wimbledon. Are you experienced in lettings or property management or in checking or creating inventories? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. At KFH we are continuously looking for opportunities to improve and are looking for a property inspector to bring new thinking and embrace our legacy.
You will report into our Assistant Manager of Lettings Property Management.
Responsibilities of a property inspector include:
- Visiting properties across London to carry out thorough routine inspections
- Detailing any identified issues to the Property Manager
