As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance function within an award-winning Estate & Letting Agency business which operates within the rapidly growing UK Private Rental Sector.
The role involves:
- Manage and support the regional Finance Business Partnering function.
- Challenge and support Regional CEO and Senior Management Teams.
- Regionally specific finance operations - Month end delivery with ownership across P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow Analysis.
- Ensure that all routine management information is produced in a timely manner with desired integrity.
- Preparing Forecasts and comprehensive Budget detail across specific sites.
- Review of weekly KPI/stats reporting.
- Internal / External audit support (Balance sheet recs / Income Rec / monthly schedules).
- Involvement in Adhoc Project work and tasks that could be Group or Regionally related.
- Perform any other duties which from time to time may be required to ensure the smooth running of the group.
We are looking for individuals with qualities such as:
- Either ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or equivalent.
- A self-starter with the ability to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to support decision-making with sound financial analysis.
- Proven experience in a similar business partnering role.
