Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham.
Let\’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
- Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
- Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
- Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
