We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Derby. The realistic OTE for this role is £28,000 (uncapped), depending on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs, and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, overseeing referencing, and handing over keys to new tenants.
  • Emailing property alerts through ReapIT/HTML and completing weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
  • Ensuring adherence to office procedures, policies, and KPIs.
  • Being commercially aware to identify opportunities to win new business.
