Lettings Negotiator

Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Derby.

Let\’s talk about the role. It involves:

• Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
• Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
• Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
• Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.

We\’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:

• Experience in Sales or Lettings is preferred
• A natural people-person who can connect quickly with people in a genuine way
• Is naturally organised, diligent and a multi tasker
• Someone who is driven to succeed and reliable.
• Thrives working in a fast paced, target driven environment where no two days are the same.
