This is a full-time, permanent position located in Manchester. We are offering between £26,000 - £28,000 OTE, depending on experience.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Liaising daily with tenants, landlords and the property management team to ensure smooth progression of lettings.
- Managing move-ins, ensuring all documentation, payments, referencing and compliance checks are completed on time.
- Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and legal documentation in line with current lettings legislation.
- Ensuring all properties and tenancies meet regulatory and compliance requirements prior to tenancy start dates.
- Coordinating key releases and ensuring tenants receive the correct documentation and information at move-in.
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email and in person in a professional and timely manner.
- Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations within a fast-paced city centre office environment.
- Maintaining accurate tenant, landlord and property records within the CRM system.
