Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Accounts Assistant in our Park Gate office.

  • Process incoming rental payments
  • Allocate payments to correct accounts
  • Chase and follow up on rent arrears
  • Prepare and process landlord disbursements
  • Pay contractors for maintenance and repair works
  • Bank Reconciliation, Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with deposit protection schemes (e.g., TDS, DPS)
  • Deal with queries regarding accounts and statements
  • Generate financial reports for internal use
  • Assist with monthly and year-end reporting
