Responsibilities
- Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
- Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
- Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
- Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
- Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements.
- Maintain Records: Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process.
- Seek Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality.
- Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.
