Lomond Group is seeking a People Experience Partner to lead HR presence across our dispersed sites, offering flexible working with two days at the Horsforth office and two days across Yorkshire & Scotland.
The role reports to the Group People Director and focuses on everyday ER casework and strategic workforce insights.
You will partner with senior leadership on performance, drive change through restructures and acquisitions, and convert people data into commercial recommendations for executives.
