Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5:30, 9-5 on a Friday, and 9:30am-1pm 1 in 4 Saturdays

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct routine property inspections across the portfolio
  • Produce detailed inspection reports and send them to landlords/property managers
  • Identify and report maintenance issues
  • Manage inspection-related calls and assist with general phone enquiries
  • Prepare and organise keys for scheduled inspections
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Assist management with additional duties when required
