The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 € per year.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Standard workweek of 38.75 hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00‑5:30, early finish on Friday 9:00‑5:00, alternate Saturdays 9:30‑1:00. On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £30,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively respond to all enquiries face‑to‑face, over the telephone and electronically, make appointments and meet sales targets.
  • Progress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
  • Encourage potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company’s services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
  • Maintain regular contact with buyers and obtain feedback following viewings.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive and ability to close a deal.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Experience in property is preferable; transferable skills will be considered.
