This is a full-time, permanent position located in Harrogate. The salary ranges from £26,000 – £28,000. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure positive customer experience
  • Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes

We’re looking for someone who has the following:

  • Experience in Property Management or Lettings
  • Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations
  • Confidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returns
  • Self-motivated, team-focused approach
