Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as Property Manager.

This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Shawlands office located on 313 Kilmarnock Road, Glasgow G43 2XS.

You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The salary is £23,500-£26,000, dependant on 12 months related Property Manager experience, with use of company pool car.

What the job involves for a Property Manager

Team-Based Property Management : Coordinating efforts across your team to ensure that Landlords and tenants receive a prompt and seamless service.

Viewings & Tenancy Negotiation : You’re the face of the property, conducting viewings, trying to balance prospective tenants’ needs with landlord expectations to secure win-win agreements.

Marketing & Updates : Strategic promotion plus keeping landlords in the loop builds trust and keeps occupancy rates strong.

Inspections & Property Visits : Regular inspections (including rent arrears) help pre-empt issues and maintain standards.

Meticulous attention to detail required to conduct inventories and checkouts, to ensure a peaceful resolution at the end of the tenancy.

  • Full clean UK drivers’ licence
  • Previous Property Management, or industry related experience preferred, but not essential
  • Can demonstrate strong sales negotiation skills and be very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes – both written and verbal
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a strong customer service focus
  • Meticulous attention to detailand confident at relaying information
  • Process driven, with efficient administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve, be calm under pressure and a track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
