Role Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property management industry standards and expectations.
- Work towards achieving property owners' goals regarding maintenance and budgets, while meticulously maintaining property records.
- Provide excellent customer experience to Landlords, Tenants and Third-party contractors.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with both Landlords and Tenants to ensure that you are their main point of contact.
- Uphold rigorous property safety standards and legal requirements.
- Liaise with contractors, tenants and landlords to oversee property repairs, and ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
- Address tenant complaints promptly and enforce property standards and legislation.
- Arrange and book Property Inspections as and when required.
- Service the relevant notices to end a tenancy or increase rental values.
- Ensure properties in your portfolio are legally compliant.
