This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Solihull. This role offers a salary of between £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience.
Let’s talk about the role. It involves:
- Proactively monitoring and tracking expiry dates for key safety requirements (Gas, EICR, Smoke & CO)
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to schedule inspections ahead of expiry
- Maintaining accurate, real‑time updates on Reapit to ensure a clear audit trail
- Checking all certificates for legitimacy, completeness and compliance standards
- Acting as the main contact for contractors, ensuring service levels and timelines are met
- Supporting Property Managers with access issues and remedial works following failed inspections
