This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Solihull. This role offers a salary of between £25,000 - £27,000, depending on experience.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Proactively monitoring and tracking expiry dates for key safety requirements (Gas, EICR, Smoke & CO)
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to schedule inspections ahead of expiry
  • Maintaining accurate, real‑time updates on Reapit to ensure a clear audit trail
  • Checking all certificates for legitimacy, completeness and compliance standards
  • Acting as the main contact for contractors, ensuring service levels and timelines are met
  • Supporting Property Managers with access issues and remedial works following failed inspections

  • High attention to detail when checking documentation and maintaining records
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Organised and proactive, managing multiple expiry dates and deadlines
