This role involves:

  • Dealing with maintenance issues, arranging contractors, arranging access and paying invoices.
  • Renewing existing contracts, negotiating rent increases, creating tenancy agreements.
  • Deposit returns, negotiating between landlord and tenant to resolve any damage.
