Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Inspector. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Altrincham, Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday, no weekend work and a salary of £22,500 - £23,150.00 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the eyes of the business, attending properties to complete inventory, mid-term and check out inspections, creating comprehensive reports on findings.
  • Highlighting areas of attention required to maintain the property to the best standard, and being aware of any potential H&S / compliance risks, ensuring this is fed back to Property Management for immediate action.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, liaising with tenants whilst on site to understand any issues they are experiencing with the property, ensuring this is fully documented.

Qualifications:

  • Fantastic attention to detail.
  • Great communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Methodical, organised and detail oriented.
  • Comfortable with lone working.
  • Experience in property management/surveying/housing (desired but not essential).
