Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerkin our Farehamoffice. The role is paying £25,500 per annum.

  • Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence.
  • Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement.
  • Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management.
  • Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures.
  • Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements.
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.
