We are hiring a full‑time, permanent Property Relationship Manager located in Sutton Coldfield. The role works Monday to Friday, 08:45 – 17:30, with base pay up to £30k per annum and on‑target earnings.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
- Understand and upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services, including ancillary and peripheral products.
- Handle mid‑term inspection follow‑ups, quality assurance, and trade discount earnings.
- Oversee weekly arrear management, including rent and legal protection submission claims.
- Prepare inspection reports for the portfolio and maintain quality of content.
Qualifications
