Now, we\’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Student Lettings Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham. You\’ll enjoy a standard workweek of 08:45am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday along with 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00am – 16:00pm with a day off in lieu in return. The realistic OTE for this role is between £26,000 – £28,000 (uncapped) depending on performance.

Let\’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Liaising with prospective tenants, qualifying their needs and requirements and seeking to match them to a suitable new home.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process and ultimately hand over the keys to new tenants for their new home.
  • Email property alerts through ReapIT/HTML & complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies & KPI awareness
  • Being commercially aware to opportunities to win new business.
