Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Valuer. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Solihull office. This role offers an OTE range of £25,000 - £40,000.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate property valuations for a wide range of property types, including residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed-use properties.
  • Stay updated with market trends, local property values, and economic conditions in the Solihull and surrounding areas to provide clients with informed, evidence-based valuations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, investors, solicitors, and developers, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, including detailed market appraisals, condition assessments, and recommendations, in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Offer expert advice on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and market conditions to clients.
  • Ensure that all valuations and activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Support the team in expanding the company's client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property valuation, preferably within the Solihull or wider West Midlands area, is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Solihull property market, including residential, investment, and rural sectors.
  • Ability to assess properties thoroughly and generate accurate, professional reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Comfortable using property management software, MS Office Suite, and valuation tools.
