Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Solihull.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Booking in valuations & securing business.
- All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback.
- Conducting viewing based on office policies & procedures.
- Registering applicants across our platforms.
- Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
- Order EPC’s / required compliance.
- Pro-actively ringing through database contracts with the aim of generating business.
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market.
- Rotating window cards & branch material.
