We are looking for a Property Relationship Manager to join our Solihull office. This is a full‑time, permanent position with a standard 40‑hour workweek (Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 17:30). Base pay ranges from £28,000 to £32,000, with commission and performance bonuses on top.
Responsibilities
- Manage up to 250 properties under management (PUM).
- Understand and upsell John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services, including ancillary and peripheral products.
- Handle Mid‑Term inspection follow‑ups, quality assurance, and trade discount earnings.
- Oversee weekly arrears management, including rent and legal protection submission claims.
- Produce inspection reports and manage the quality of content for your portfolio.
