We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Solihull, United Kingdom. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a salary of £26,500 per annum.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Dealing with rent arrears of tenants on behalf of landlords and recovering debt and NDS arrears.
- Aiming to negotiate and reach appropriate payment plans in accordance with the Landlords' instructions to maximise income to the Company.
- Monitoring agreed payment plans for compliance; you will liaise with Landlords and branches on next steps.
- Ensuring that all enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and Branch staff are dealt with effectively and in a manner consistent with the Company’s first class service delivery.
