We are seeking a full time Compliance Consultant at our Solihull office, with a salary of £25,000 - £27,000.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitor and track expiry dates for key safety requirements (Gas, EICR, Smoke & CO).
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors to schedule inspections ahead of expiry.
- Maintain accurate, real time updates on Reapit to ensure a clear audit trail.
- Check all certificates for legitimacy, completeness and compliance standards.
- Act as the main contact for contractors, ensuring service levels and timelines are met.
- Support Property Managers with access issues and remedial works following failed inspections.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- High attention to detail when checking documentation and maintaining records.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors.
- Organised and proactive, managing multiple expiry dates and deadlines.
- Ability to resolve issues and coordinate follow up works efficiently.
