John Shepherd is seeking a Property Relationship Manager in Solihull to join our expanding lettings and property management team.
This full-time, permanent role offers an engaging, fast-paced environment with a typical Monday to Friday schedule from 08:45 to 17:30 and an on-target earnings potential up to £30k per annum.
You will oversee up to 250 properties, upsell our services, manage mid-term inspections, and coordinate rent arrears and related protection submissions.
