This is a full-time, permanent position located either in Nottingham or Derby. The salary on offer for this role is £25,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Completing Mid Term Inspection reports during the Tenancy
- Liaising with local Property Managers to identify defects when completing any report to ensure swift resolutions
- Supporting the Property Management team with tenant check-outs.
- Completing high‑quality Inventory and Schedule of Condition reports at the start of each tenancy
