John Shepherd is seeking a Portfolio Property Relationship Manager to join our Colmore Row branch in Birmingham city centre. This full-time, permanent role offers a typical Monday–Friday schedule from 08:45 to 17:30 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £28,000–£30,000 per year.
You will manage up to 250 properties and upsell lettings and management services while delivering excellent client service. We value interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and at least 1 year in a comparable role.
