Full‑time, permanent Lettings Negotiator position located in one of our 5 offices around Birmingham. Standard workweek 08:45am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00am – 16:00pm and a day off in lieu. Salary £23,000–£28,000 (uncapped) based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with prospective tenants, qualify their needs and requirements, and match them to suitable new homes.
  • Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, oversee the referencing process, and hand over keys to tenants.
  • Email property alerts via ReapIT/HTML and complete thorough weekly landlord care and feedback calls.
  • Ensure adherence to office procedures, policies and KPI awareness.
  • Identify and pursue commercial opportunities to win new business.
