We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive IT Manager to drive innovation, support cutting‑edge technology, and help deliver an outstanding digital experience across our College Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the College Group ICT Strategic Plan and agreed service levels.
- Work closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure smooth and effective IT service delivery.
- Lead, supervise and support the IT team, including workload planning and staff development.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, security, backups and system upgrades.
- Manage the deployment, maintenance and auditing of IT hardware and software.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, software licensing and operational procedures.
- Provide hands‑on technical support and coordinate repairs, installations and upgrades.
