Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking an inspirational Director of Inclusion and Wellbeing to provide strategic leadership for inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing across our colleges. Reporting to the Assistant Principal Student Support, you will lead the development and delivery of a college-wide strategy for inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing.
You will oversee SEND, learning support, safeguarding, Prevent, wellbeing, EHCP compliance and high needs funding, ensuring services are effective.
