Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking a Transition Practice Lead for John Ruskin College (Croydon) and East Surrey College (Redhill) to develop a high-quality transition offer for learners with EHCPs, SEND and other barriers. Reporting to the Head of Inclusion, you will lead transition planning and EHCP consultations, directing a team of Transition Officers from day one.
You will build strong partnerships with Local Authorities, schools, SENCOs, parents and carers, monitor High Needs funding.
