John Ruskin College in Croydon and East Surrey College in Redhill are seeking a Transition Practice Lead to develop and oversee a high-quality transition offer for learners with EHCPs, SEND and other learning barriers. Reporting to the Head of Inclusion, you will lead transition planning, EHCP consultation processes and a team of Transition Officers, ensuring learners receive the right support from day one.
