Salary: Β£31,990 β Β£41,718.11 (subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging teaching and assessment across Levels 2β3.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager and Construction team to create exceptional learning experiences.
- Act as a personal tutor: motivate and support learners, champion attendance, drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to planning, development, and innovation of the subject area.
Requirements
- Full teaching qualification or currently working towards one.
- At least a Level 3 qualification within Electrical Installation.
- Relevant industry experience or qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (desirable).
- Certificate/Award in Internal Quality Assurance (desirable, with optional update to new standards).
- Legally qualified to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
