What You’ll Be Doing:
- Act as escalation point for 1st line, resolving complex issues
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Intune (devices, policies, deployments)
- Support and maintain core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud)
- Administer users and security via Active Directory & Azure AD
- Monitor systems and proactively resolve issues
The Successful Candidate Must Have:
- 2nd line technical knowledge with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Understanding the support of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop technologies
- Experience working within an education environment is desirable
- Computer-based degree / MCSE or equivalent in computer engineering or relevant field is desirable
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
