Hours: Full time (37 hours/week) 08:45-17:00 Monday - Friday

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as escalation point for 1st line, resolving complex issues
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and Intune (devices, policies, deployments)
  • Support and maintain core IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud)
  • Administer users and security via Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Monitor systems and proactively resolve issues

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

  • 2nd line technical knowledge with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Understanding the support of Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop technologies
  • Experience working within an education environment is desirable
  • Computer-based degree / MCSE or equivalent in computer engineering or relevant field is desirable
  • Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent
