We are currently seeking to appoint two inspirational and enthusiastic Facilities Lead to work in our Facilities department. The purpose of this role is to contribute to the provision of first-class facilities for students and staff, providing a safe, secure environment for students, staff and visitors. Using specialist multi skills in plumbing, carpentry or painting and decorating, the Facilities Lead plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment by delivering a prompt and competent repair and maintenance service. Due to the nature of this role there may be a requirement at times to work outdoors in all weathers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a multi skilled tradesman or similar facilities role
- Experience of working within a busy and demanding environment
- A good knowledge of using online systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Maths & English GCSE / Level 2 equivalent (achieved or willing to obtain)
- NEBOSH qualification or currently working towards certificate is desirable
